Check-in and check-out
Check-in runs from 4 PM until midnight and check-out is before 10 AM, with a minimum check-in age of 18. The front desk is staffed daily from 9 AM to 5 PM, so guests arriving outside those hours should contact the property at least 72 hours in advance for check-in and key retrieval instructions, and anyone planning to arrive after midnight should get in touch beforehand. Access is by front desk, key retrieval and private entrance.
Good to know
Children are welcome and cribs are available for EUR 1.50 per night, while rollaway and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed and the premises are entirely smoke free. A facilities fee of EUR 9.00 per person per day covers the spa and fitness facilities. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges, and special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
